Paul Pierce was not so excited to see the Brooklyn Nets add All-Star forward Blake Griffin to their roster.
Pierce, a Celtics and NBA legend, believes the acquisition of Griffin will not have much of an impact on the Nets.
“No. Blake didn’t move the needle. It moved when James Harden came. He’s not the Blake of old, but does have experience. The Nets should be in the Finals,” Pierce said during his appearance on ESPN’s The Jump.
Griffin is set to make his debut with the Nets on Thursday in the game against the Boston Celtics.
