Alex Caruso will not be in the Lakers lineup for the game against the Sacramento Kings on Wednesday night.
Caruso is dealing with a neck injury (neck spasms) he suffered in the loss to the Phoenix Suns on Tuesday (114-104).
This will be the eighth game Caruso will miss this season, as he missed multiple games due to the Health and Safety protocols of the NBA.
Aside from Caruso, the Lakers will also be without LeBron James (left ankle sprain), Marc Gasol (Health and Safety protocols) and Anthony Davis (right calf strain).
