James Harden is returning to his beloved city Houston to participate in the game against his former team. He confessed that he feels exhilarated about the city and his fans. He is wondering how they will accept him.
“We came up short of a championship. Hopefully, those fans appreciated everything I did on the court and off the court and what I continue to do off the court. I feel like I’m still apart of the struggles they go through,” Harden said per Alex Schiffer.
The Rockets are currently second from the bottom of the Western Conference whereas the Nets find themselves in the opposition position in the East — they are second, just behind the Philadelphia 76ers.
