The Los Angeles Lakers forward Kyle Kuzma started 10 out of 35 games this season. With the absence of Anthony Davis, he started four games in a row recently.

Though for the last three games he was coming off the bench. Following the Lakers’ win over the Warriors, the 25-year-old forward talked about his role with the team.

“I just got to control what I can control,” he said. “I can’t control if I start or come off the bench, shoot the ball, whatever. I just control what I can control. That’s where I’m at right now.”

In terms of scoring, Kuzma’s numbers are fluctuating between low single digits and low teens. His points per game (11.1) is the lowest it has been throughout his four-year NBA career even though he is averaging similar minutes to last season (25).
