Toronto Raptors’ forward Pascal Siakam will be out vs. the Rockets on Friday due to the NBA’s health and safety protocols. For the same reason, Nick Nurse and five other members of the staff will also be out.
Toronto assistant coach Sergio Scariolo will be the head coach tonight. That’s the first time this season someone from the Raptors will be out due to COVID-19 protocols.
Siakam has been leading the Raptors’ team this season averaging 20.1 points per game with 7.5 rebounds and 4.8 assists.
The Rockets are still missing Christian Wood due to injury, however the Raptors will be undermanned in the forward position without Siakam.
