The Los Angeles Lakers newcomer Dennis Schroder is settling in his new home. According to Jack Flemming of Los Angeles Times, the German point guard bought a contemporary home in Tarzana, is a suburban neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley region of Los Angeles, California, for $4.275 million.

Schroder’s new home is about 20 miles from the Lakers home arena Staples Center. It reportedly includes a basketball court and a basketball-themed guest bedroom. The 27-year-old point guard is on a four-year $70 million contract with the reigning champions which expires at the end of this season.

The purchase of a home in Los Angeles could be a sign of Schroder’s intention to commit his future to the Lakers. He has said several times that he would love to stay with the Purple & Gold.
