The New York Knicks could try to further improve their roster, after adding Derrick Rose. According to Marc Berman of NY Post, Andre Drummond could potentially consider New York and the Knicks a good landing spot.

“According to a source, Drummond, a Mount Vernon native and impending free agent, would consider the Knicks a good landing spot.”

Drummond, a Mount Vernon native, would definitely like to join Tom Thibodeau’s squad in a potential deal. The Knicks are looking into John Collins’ situation in Atlanta, however Drummond could also be a candidate.

The veteran big has been placed to the trade block searching for a team that could play winning basketball for the next months.

Drummond will remain sidelined in the Cavs’ bench until his situation could be resolved. The Knicks will be without starting center Mitchell Robinson for the next weeks due to injury.

The former Pistons’ big is going to be an unrestricted free agent next summer as his $28 million contract deal comes to an end.
