Draymond Green is not afraid to state his opinion on several matters around the NBA. The Warriors’ leader called out the Cleveland Cavaliers for the way they treated Andre Drummond.

(via Anthony Slater of the Athletic):

“To watch Andre Drummond before the game sit on the sideline and go to the back and come out in street clothes because a team is going to trade him is b*****it,” Green said.

“At some point, as players, we need to be treated with the same respect and the same right as a team. As a player, you’re the worst person in the world when you want a different situation.”

Green was referring to Cleveland’s decision to sit Andre Drummond until his trade request is resolved. As a result, Drummond will remain with the team, but he will not play.

The Cavs are on an eight-game losing streak far away from the play-in seeds with a 10-19 record. The latest game was another blowout defeat in the hands of the Golden State Warriors.
