Julius Randle led the New York Knicks to a 123-112 home win over the Atlanta Hawks tonight.

The Knicks got off to a hot start as Randle scored 17 points in the first quarter. The Hawks came back and the game was close in the fourth quarter but clutch shooting down the stretch put the game away.

Randle shot 7-13 on 3-pointers in the game and the Knicks shot 17-34 as a team from beyond the arc. Rookie Immanuel Quickley stayed hot as he hit four 3-pointers and finished the game with 16 points and five assists.

The game was a rare shootout for the usually defensive-minded Knicks but they got big stops down the stretch. Elfrid Payton frustrated Trae Young and Nerlens Noel came up with some key blocked shots.

New York has now won three consecutive games and is closing in on a .500 record. The Knicks are 14-15 and will look to win the fourth consecutive game when they take on the Magic on Wednesday.
