Anthony Davis re-aggravates Achilles injury; will have an MRI on Monday

Anthony Davis could miss significant time, after re-aggravating the Achilles injury he sustained last week.

Davis was forced to exit the game against the Denver Nuggets, after a collision with Nikola Jokic.

Davis re-aggravated his injury (right Achilles tendonosis) and will have an MRI on Monday that will determine for how long he will be sidelined.

MRI set for Anthony Davis tomorrow. I’d anticipate him being out for quite some time. My guess would be he’d return after the All-Star break at the earliest (and that would be a safe move), but we’ll see.
