Klay Thompson, who is out for this season due to an Achilles tendon injury, was on the bench with his teammates during the Golden State Warriors’ home game against the Brooklyn Nets. The 31-year-old guard was visibly frustrated as he had to watch the Dubs getting crushed by Kevin Durant’s team.

Brooklyn was up by 15 points at halftime. They increased the gap to 26 after three quarters and the gap was clearly slipping of the hands of Golden State.

The Warriors won the final period by 9 points, reducing the final deficit to 17 points. In the end, the visitors won 134-117 in another offensive showdown.

The winners had six players in double digits. Kyrie Irving led the scoring with 23 points, followed by Durant’s 20 and Harden’s 19. For KD, it was the first game at the Warriors since leaving the team in 2019.
