Billy Donovan had nothing but good words to say about his former player in the Oklahoma City Thunder Paul George.

Donovan, the head coach of the Chicago Bulls, praised George, calling him an ‘elite’ and ‘very, very unselfish’ player.

“I don’t think he’s been totally healthy the last couple years, probably started with us. I think when he’s healthy he’s obviously elite because he plays both ends of the floor. He’s very, very unselfish,” Donovan said about George, via Tomer Azarly of Clutchpoints.

George played under Donovan for two seasons in the Thunder (2017-2019).
