Carmelo Anthony reached a milestone in the game between the Portland Trail Blazers and the Orlando Magic. The 36-year-old had 23 points, which meant he climbed up on the list of the NBA All-Time Points Leaders.

With 26,722 career points, Melo has overtaken the legendary Oscar Robertson (26,710 points) for the 12th place on the list.

He is likely to climb up another step and overtake Hakeem Olajuwon, who has 26,946 career points. After the game, Anthony admitted that it was a big achievement to pass Robertson.

“I try to play it cool sometimes. I try to sit back and reflect on these moments, take these moments in … but The Big O, that’s big,” Melo said after the game.
