The Houston Rockets will be undermanned in Charlotte, as John Wall and Eric Gordon will miss Monday’s matchup due to injury management.
The Rockets enter the first part of back-to-back games with Wall and Gordon being held out. Wall has an exceptional start in his Rockets’ career averaging 18.8 points and 6.0 assists per game.
He came off strong against the Spurs on Sunday dropping 27 points to a Rockets’ loss. Gordon has also been on a strong start despite injury issues making 42.6% from deep in the last eight games.
Danuel House Jr. could be the recipient of Gordon’s minutes, while Victor Oladipo is expected to carry his team on the offensive end with Wall out.
