The star of the Portland Trail Blazers CJ McCollum felt irritated when retired NBA players went on criticizing players of the present generation for leaving their teams to get better deals elsewhere. He compared the players to regular employees that have the right to change jobs if they don’t like the current one.
“I never understood why ex-players would encourage current players to take less $ and to just stay in places they’re clearly unhappy.
If someone wants to leave their job they have a right to voice their displeasure just like any other job. More star-power = more of a voice,” the Blazers guard tweeted.
