EuroLeague Basketball suspends Zalgiris Kaunas vs Crvena Zvezda game

EuroLeague Round 24 game between Zalgiris Kaunas and Crvena Zvezda, which was originally scheduled to be played on Thursday, has been suspended.

Crvena Zvezda requested the suspension of the game due to multiple COVID-19 positive cases.

In accordance with the Special Regulations due to COVID-19 in force, each game can be rescheduled or relocated up to three times, if there are available dates.

Euroleague Basketball will coordinate with all teams the best options to reschedule or relocate their games. Alternative date or venue will be announced on official Euroleague Basketball platforms once confirmed.

The EuroLeague also suspended the game between Maccabi and Khimki, as the Russian team couldn’t travel to Israel, due to travel restrictions.
