James Wiseman is expected to miss a few Warriors’ games with a left sprained wrist, according to Golden State’s head coach Steve Kerr.

Wiseman, who was selected 2nd overall by the Warriors in the latest Draft, has started his rookie season showing flashes of his ability to become an All-Star center in the future.

The rookie will be evaluated again in 7-10 days. Wiseman is averaging 12.2 points on 50.0 shooting per game, while he registers 6.1 rebounds per contest.

“It’s a bummer, but at least it’s not anything worse. He should be back in 10 days or so,” Steve Kerr claimed, per Drew Shiller of NBC Sports Bay Area.

Kevon Looney and Eric Paschall are expected to pick up some extra minutes in Wiseman’s absence.
