Warriors’ Klay Thompson says he’s feeling good in his rehab

Klay Thompson spoke for the first time since his Achilles injury and said he is feeling good being back with his teammates during rehab.

The Warriors’ superstar offered his amusing insights speaking with Bob Fitzgerald and Kelenna Azubuike during Golden State’s blowout win over the Detroit Pistons Saturday.

Thompson will sit out for the second season in a row, after suffering an Achilles injury prior to the start of the 2020/21 campaign. He had also suffered a torn ACL during Game 6 of the 2019 NBA Finals that forced him to miss the entire 2019-20 season.

The other half of the Splash Brothers’ tantrum averages a stunning 41.2 percent from three-point range for his career forming the most formidable shooting duo in the history of the league alongside Stephen Curry.
