The Los Angeles Lakers barely avoided a three-game losing streak, as they took a narrow one-point win against the Boston Celtics (96-95).

After the game, Lakers head coach Frank Vogel praised Caruso calling his play one of the best defensive plays of the year. “One of the best defensive plays of the year,” Vogel said per Dave McMenamin of ESPN.
