The Washington Wizards are not willing to give up on their superstar Bradley Beal, according to head coach Scott Brooks. The veteran coach denied any speculation surrounding Beal.

The Wizards started their campaign with just three wins in the first 15 games of the season, despite Beal’s impressive performances.

He leads the NBA with a tremendous average of 34.7 points per game. However, the Wizards are on a four-game losing streak and have the worst record in the NBA.

“We’re not interested,” Brooks stated for the rumors around Beal, per Chase Hughes of NBC Sports Washington. “I think I might tell [our general manager] Tommy [Sheppard] to block all the 29 other GM’s numbers. We’re not answering.”

Bradley Beal signed a two-year extension worth nearly $72 million with Washington last season, meaning that he will not enter free agency for the next two summers.
