Steve Blake was known as a fiery backup point guard during his NBA playing days. The 13-year pro had a bunch of different teammates in the league, including former Nugget Kenyon Martin. Martin recently recalled a moment when Blake threw punches at Nene in practice.

“I was teammates with Steve Blake for a little bit. Steve was nuts, people don’t know. I had missed practice for something or I had surgery, whatever the case may be and Steve & Nene got into it one day at practice. All I hear the next day is that Nene grabbed Steve and Steve just got the swinging on him, punched Nene like 4, 5, 6 times.”
