Boston Celtics head coach Brad Stevens revealed Jayson Tatum is ready to make his first appearance with the team in more than two weeks vs. the Chicago Bulls Monday.

The Celtics’ superstar was out due to the league’s health and safety protocols. Tatum will not play in tonight’s matchup vs. the Cleveland Cavaliers.

This will be the fifth game the Boston’s superstar will miss due to COVID-19. The Celtics are 1-3, including three straight losses without him.

Tatum started the 2020/21 campaign on a strong note averaging 26.9 points on 47.4% shooting from the field. He is making a healthy 43.8% of his threes averaging also 7.1 rebounds and 3.8 assists per contest.

The Celtics are playing the first of two back-to-back Sunday against Cleveland. They are set to face the Chicago Bulls on Monday.
