Kendrick Perkins made an interesting statement regarding Kyrie Irving and how he should be used by the Brooklyn Nets.
With the addition of James Harden, Perkins believes that Irving should have more playing time with the second unit, as a sixth man.
“When will they listen and learn! You have to structure Kyrie’s minutes where he will get most of his minutes with the 2nd unit, like a sixth man. KD and Harden standing around watching Kyrie ain’t gonna get it! Carry on,” Perkins tweeted.
In the first game with their Big-3, the Nets lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers in double overtime (135-147).
