Myles Turner is considered day-to-day after the Indiana Pacers announced he suffered a fractured avulsion in his right hand.

The big man will not need a surgery to repair the issue for now. According to Shams Charania, Turner will be re-evaluated in the coming days.

Turner suffered the injury last Thursday in a game in Portland against the Trail Blazers. He missed the latest Pacers’ game against the Clippers on Sunday.

However, Indiana’s head coach Nate Bjorgren claimed that the Pacers’ big practiced with the rest of the team today, as reported by J. Michael of The Indianapolis Star.

Turner was off to a great start this season, averaging 12.4 points, 6.8 rebounds, 1.5 steals, and a league-leading 4.2 blocks in 12 games.

The Pacers are already missing TJ Warren and Caris LeVert due to long-term injuries.
