After missing seven games due to unknown reasons, Kyrie Irving re-joined the Brooklyn Nets. Head coach Steven Nash expects the point guard to play tomorrow against the Cleveland Cavaliers.

Irving spoke to the media ahead of his return game. As expected, he was asked about his absence. “A lot of family and personal stuff going on, I just want to leave it at that,” Kyrie provided a short response.

He also apologized the fans for abandoning the team. “I am back, I am happy to be back, we got some great pieces and we move on and I let my actions and my game speak for itself like I planned on doing. I just needed a pause,” Irving said per Malika Andrews.
