The Cleveland Cavaliers are expected to trade or release Kevin Porter Jr. following an incident in the locker room. The 20-year-old guard had an “outburst” after finding out they gave his old locker to the incoming Taurean Prince.
Porter Jr. has not played this season due to a personal issue, but he rejoined the team late last week and was on the bench in street clothes for Friday’s game against the New York Knicks.
According to The Athletic, Porter Jr. “at one point threw food” and was combative with GM Coby Altman.
