The Portland Trail Blazers will not have CJ McCollum at their disposal for the next games, as his left foot will be re-evaluated in one week, Terry Stotts claimed in the Spurs-Blazer post-game media session.

McCollum sprained his left foot during the Blazers vs. Hawks game on Saturday. He left the court during the halftime and did not return for the rest of the game.

The Portland’s scoring guard is having an All-NBA season at the start of the 2020/21 campaign. He is averaging a career-best 26.7 points and five assists per game, shooting 44.1 percent from the 3-point line.

The Blazers have been blown out by in their first game without McCollum being available vs. the Spurs. At the top of McCollum’s injury, the Blazers also lost starting center Jusuf Nurkcic, who suffered a fractured wrist.

The Bosnian center is expected to miss the next eight weeks due to his injury setback. McCollum will be out for at least the next three Blazers’ game.
