The Los Angeles Lakers added Montrezl Harrell and Marc Gasol to their frontcourt this offseason. According to head coach Frank Vogel, the two big men bring physicality to the team which enables them to stand their ground against the likes of Steven Adams.
“Well those two guys are two of the most physical guys in the league too… That’s what we like about those guys being here at the center position alongside Anthony,” Vogel said, per Harrison Faigen.
The Lakers managed to limit Adams to just four points as they earned the 11th win of the season by taking down the New Orleans Pelicans 112-95.
