Minnesota Timberwolves’ Ricky Rubio and Juancho Hernangomez will both miss the team’s next game on Jan. 15 against the Memphis Grizzlies due to health and safety protocols.

Hernangomez has entered isolation and will be out for at least 10 days, according to Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic.

A timeline for Rubio’s absence hasn’t been established yet.

Rubio could have registered a positive or inconclusive COVID-19 test, or he could be quarantining as a result of contact tracing.

In 11 games, Rubio is averaging 6.3 points, 2.8 rebound, 5.4 assists and 1.4 steals per game, while Hernangomez is averaging 6.6 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.
