The Phoenix Suns are the latest NBA team to see its games being postponed due to the league’s health and safety protocols.

That will be the third Suns’ game postponement this week as their games against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday and the Golden State Warriors on Friday were also suspended.

The league has had to postpone an abundance of games in the past week or so due to a rise in positive cases in several teams including the Boston Celtics and the Washington Wizards.

At the same time, various teams have been affected by COVID-19 playing their games with a limited number of players such as the Philadelphia 76ers, the Miami Heat, and the Dallas Mavericks.

The ‘halted’ games will be played later in the season with Phoenix having to push back three of them. Despite the more and more positive cases of the last couple of weeks, the NBA is still adamant about not pausing the season.
