In his first words as a player of Zenit, Tarik Black expressed his enthusiasm: “My family and I are very happy with the success that Zenit has already achieved this season. I feel that coach Pascual’s style of play suits me, I am ready to come to St. Petersburg and contribute to the success of the team as much as possible. I am also looking forward to seeing St. Petersburg. All attention is now directed to achieving the goals of the team and striving for great victories”.

Zenit’s Team Manager, Manos Papadopoulos mentioned: “We do not know the exact time of the return of Alex Poytress, so the Club’s management and the coaching staff decided to sign another player. Tarik Black is one of the best free agents at the moment, he has to help our team at the most crucial moment of the season with such a tight schedule”.
