The Los Angeles Clippers superstar Paul George had a heated exchange with Chris Paul and Devin Booker of the Phoenix Suns. Booker called George “soft” which angered the Clippers forward who tried to fight the Suns young star.
Booker’s comments appear to have roots in last season when PG struggled psychologically during the NBA bubble. For George, that is past and he does not understand why some people want to bring it back.
“For whatever reason there’s a lot of chirping and people just living in the past. Last year was last year,” George said after the game, per Andrew Greif.
The altercation did not seem to affect George too much as he finished the game as the top scorer with 39 points, helping the Clippers win the game 112-107.
