The Los Angeles Lakers improved to 4-2 after beating the San Antonio Spurs for the second time in three days. The game was closer this time as the defending NBA champions needed superstars LeBron James and Anthony Davis to step up late in the game.

The duo combined for 60 out of 109 Lakers’ points (Davis 34 points and 11 rebounds – James 26 points, 11 boards, 10 assists).

Lakers’ great Robert Horry liked what he saw from the Purple & Gold in this game. According to him, Los Angeles is “a complete team”.

“It was a complete game. The first half Kuz was hot, Schroder was doing his thing. And that’s the thing about this team. They can take over in the first half with other people but you know who’s gonna get the rock down the stretch. As you see LeBron took over down the stretch, AD crashed the board down the stretch. That’s the sing of a complete team,” Horry said.
