Indiana Pacers forward TJ Warren will undergo surgery to repair a stress fracture in his left foot and will be out indefinitely, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 27-year-old was averaging 15.5 points, 3.5 rebounds and 1.3 assists per game in four games this season.

Warren previously dealt with plantar fasciitis in his right foot.

He also underwent a similar surgery on his right foot while with the Phoenix Suns back in 2016.

Warren has not appeared in more than 66 games in a season and has missed 119 games out of 569 regular season games since he was drafted in 2014.
