Spencer Dinwiddie suffered a season-ending Achilles injury during the Brooklyn Nets’ loss to the Charlotte Hornets on Sunday (104-106).
Dinwiddie got inured in the third quarter and was forced to exit the game and did not return.
Even though he was initially diagnosed with a knee strain, he eventually suffered a partially torn ACL in his right knee.
Dinwiddie is expected to make a full recovery and will be ready for the start of the 2021/22 season.
