Erik Spoelstra opened up about his decision to pull Jimmy Butler from the Christmas Day game against the New Orleans Pelicans.
The head coach of the Heat said it was a ‘group decision’ and he made it as a precautionary measure.
Butler played just 16 minutes and sat out the entire second half, as he was dealing with an ankle injury. Even without Butler, the Heat defeated the New Orleans Pelicans 98-111.
