With a demanding month coming up, Olympiacos saw one of their key players, Kostas Papanikolaou getting injured during the game against Fenerbahce in Istanbul (23/12). The Greek forward suffered a back injury in the second half and he will stay out for a month.

On the other hand, Octavius Ellis suffered an elbow injury in the same game, but his medical tests didn’t show a serious injury. We remind you that the team has seven Euroleague games in January including the suspended matches against ASVEL.
