By signing a new five-year, $190 million contract with the Los Angeles Lakers, superstar forward Anthony Davis entered the list of five biggest contracts in NBA history at number five, per ESPN front office insider Bobby Marks.
AD is behind Giannis Antetokounmpo ($228M), Russell Westbrook ($207M), Rudy Gobert ($205M) and Steph Curry ($201M). Klay Thompson, who is set to miss a second straight season due to achilles injury, is tied with Davis at $190M.
Interestingly, LeBron James is not on the list. The four-time NBA champion is considered to be the best player in the league by many.
