Nick Nurse was very satisfied with the way Kyle Lowry played in the preseason finale of the Toronto Raptors.
Nurse, the head coach of the Raptors, said Lowry played very well against the Miami Heat and was ‘in mid-season form’.
“It looked like he was in mid-season form tonight… He was excited to play. I wish some of the other guys would have joined him in that same kind of zeal and excitement,” Nurse told reporters, via Josh Lewenberg of TSN Sports.
Lowry had 25 points (7/14 shooting, 6/10 from beyond the arc) in 27 minutes of action, as the Raptors lost to the Heat (117-105).
