Reigning NBA MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo has committed his future to the Milwaukee Bucks after signing a supermax extension. By doing so, the 26-year-old superstar ended speculations about him possibly joining another team to chase a championship.

Sports analyst Skip Bayless thinks that The Greek Freak does not have the drive to win championships, like LeBron James does. The co-host of UNDISPUTED, who tends to criticize James, said he understood his decision to join the Miami Heat in 2010 as he was unable to win a title in Cleveland and could not attract other superstars there.

For Bayless, Antetokounmpo’s decision to remain loyal to Milwaukee, a team that has no chance of attracting another superstar, is a sign that he is a complementary superstar, not the main guy.

“Giannis just showed you who he is & who he isn’t. He’s fine being a little in the shadows in Milwaukee. Trust me, he’s not driven to win championships,” Bayless said on UNDISPUTED.
