Quinn Cook shared his thoughts on signing a new deal to remain with the Los Angeles Lakers.
Cook expressed his happiness that the Lakers offered him a new contract and kept him in the roster.
“It’s been a long couple weeks. Obviously with the short offseason, tried to celebrate a little bit but also have in the back of your mind business has to take place, could take place. The Lakers were very transparent with me, very honest.
They handled everything the most professional way. … I ended up landing back on my feet here. It was the best feeling ever,” Cook told reporters, via Matthew Moreno of Lakers Nation.
Cook agreed to an one-year, $1,8M deal with the Lakers.
