Tom Thibodeau has been known to get the most out of his players. He coached Derrick Rose during his MVP season, helped Karl-Anthony Towns become an All-Star at 22, and guided Jimmy Butler to a Most Improved Player Award.
With guys like Julius Randle, RJ Barrett & Mitchell Robinson coming back for the Knicks, it’s hard to say what Obi Toppin’s role will be this season. Despite the questions that remain, Toppin is trusting his new head coach.
