From Lob City to Kawhi Leonard and Paul George, the Clippers struggled to reach the success they were expected to. Last season, the team blew a 3-1 lead against the Nuggets in the Western Conference semifinals and had to leave the NBA bubble earlier than they would have wanted to.

Nicolas Batum, who joined the Clippers from the Hornets this offseason, says his new team learned from their mistakes and should not repeat them this season.

“What I know, is they learned from their mistakes,” Batum said per Andrew Greif. The French shooting guard penned a one-year contract with the Clippers, worth $2.5M. He will become an unrestricted free agent after this season.
