Following the news that John Wall and Russell Westbrook were finally traded for each other after weeks of rumors, ESPN’s highest-paid sportscaster Stephen A. Smith reacted to this trade labeling it as a “bad move”.

The Houston Rockets are sending Westbrook to the Washington Wizards in exchange for Wall and a lottery-protected 2023 first-round NBA draft pick.

Find out why Smith doesn’t like this exchange trade:

Russell Westbrook averaged 27.2 points, 7.9 rebounds, and seven assists per game in his first season with the Rockets last season. In comparison, John Wall missed the entire season due to an injury.

This trade has a lot of questions and will shape part of the upcoming NBA season.
