During his recent appearance on the Club Shay Shay podcast hosted by former NFL tight end Shannon Sharpe, LaVar Ball, the Big Baller Brand co-founder and father of three basketball players, told Shannon how he felt when Lonzo was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans.

On July 6, 2019, the Los Angeles Lakers traded Lonzo Ball, Brandon Ingram, Josh Hart, the draft rights to De’Andre Hunter, two first-round picks, a first-round pick swap, and cash to New Orleans for All-Star big man Anthony Davis.

Ball has played three seasons for the Lakers and Pelicans. His career averages are 10.7 points, 6.1 rebounds, and 6.6 assists in 162 regular-season games.
