Wesley Matthews opened up about his decision to sign with the defending champions Los Angeles Lakers.
Matthews said the key to him agreeing to a deal with the defending champions was the ‘desire’ of the Lakers to sign him.
“You want to be wanted by the best,” Matthews told Harrison Faigen of the Silver Screen and Roll.
Matthews agreed to an one-year contract with the Lakers, worth $3.6M.
