The Minnesota Timberwolves believe that Malik Beasley and the No. 1 pick in last night’s draft Anthony Edwards can play together.
There’s been no conversations about trading Beasley, according to Jon Krawczynski of The Athletic.
“The focus is to have Beasley back,” a source told Krawczynski.
Beasley’s name popped up in recent trade rumors, but it sounds like the team will be focused on re-signing him as a restricted free agent.
