The Dallas Mavericks are acquiring Josh Richardson and the No. 36 pick from the Philadelphia 76ers for Seth Curry, according to Adrian Wojnarowski.

The 76ers have now acquired much needed three-point shooting with Curry and Danny Green from the Oklahoma City Thunder to surround stars Joel Embiid and Ben Simmons.

Curry, 30, will be playing for his father-in-law Doc Rivers.

The Mavericks on the other hand, add another scoring threat in Richardson, 27, alongside Luka Doncic, Tim Hardaway Jr. and Kristaps Porzingis when he returns from injury.

Richardson will earn $10.8 million during the upcoming season and has an $11.6 million player option for the 2021-2022 NBA season.

Curry’s salary is $7.8 million and is signed through the 2022-2023 NBA season.
