Anthony Davis shared his thoughts on whether the Big 3 of the Brooklyn Nets could work and make the difference next season.

Davis believes the superteam of James Harden, Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving would be a ‘pretty good team’.

“You’ve got a great coach over there, great minded guy who knows the game from a point guard position. If it happens it happens, if it doesn’t it doesn’t.

I am trying to figure out what Anthony Davis is going to do. Once I figure that out we’ll start looking at teams and things like that but that will be a pretty good team though,” Davis said during his appearance on the Da Windy City podcast with Mark Carman.

In order to create the superteam, the Nets should acquire Harden from the Houston Rockets. Harden has expressed the desire to join Brooklyn, yet it is unknown if all sides will agree to a deal.

Harden has three years and $133M left on his current contract.

For his part, Davis opted out of his contract with the Lakers and will enter free agency. He is expected to sign a new deal with the defending champions.
