The Miami Heat have reportedly guaranteed the contracts of Duncan Robinson and Kendrick Nunn for the 2020/21 campaign, according to ESPN’s Bobby Marks. You could see details below:

Both players had breakout seasons for the Heat, helping Erik Spoelstra’s team to a fifth-place finish in the Eastern Conference that ultimately saw them through to the NBA Finals. Nunn, who was chosen to start at point guard over Goran Dragic during the regular season, averaged 15.3 points and 3.3 assists per game on 43.9% shooting from the field. He wasn’t as hot in the playoffs after falling out of the rotation having contracted COVID-19. Dragic, on the other hand, had a masterful period in the postseason, leading the team in scoring before getting injured in Game 1 of the Finals.

Robinson shot 44.6% from long range for the Heat and is now considered to be one of the best three-point shooters in the league after a stellar season in which he became the player with the most made threes in a single season for Miami and the player to make the most threes after going undrafted in the NBA. The 26-year-old was a huge contributor as a starter on the team and his contract is actually quite the steal for Miami, as is Nunn’s.
